Camariñas - Muxía route
The longest stage of the Camiño dos Faros connects two of the area's most iconic towns via a simpler route that skirts the entire Camariñas Ría.
The route begins by skirting the inlet of the estuary, passing landmarks such as the port of Cereixo. After traversing the southern side of the estuary amidst pine forests and small coves like Praia do Lago, the path reaches the legendary Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Boat (Virxe da Barca) and the famous pedras de abalar a sacred site steeped in seafaring legends. A little further on, the town of Muxía awaits.
